Returns & Exchange Policy

At Regime Fragrances we only allow returns for product(s) with manufacturing defects or damage due to delivery. Such issues need to be reported to us within 24 hrs. of receiving your product(s) with sufficient proof on info@regimefragrances.com.

The aforementioned manufacturing defects do not include the slits cut on the wood as those are hand carved and the color, graining and pattern of natural wood pieces.  

After verification of such claims, and approval, we will send across our warehouse address and request you to send the product back to us, once the product reach us, the cost of the product as well as any courier charges (on actuals) to send the product back to us will be issued to you as store credit.

We do not have a money refund policy.
